We went thru a VERY TRAUMATIC experience with our dog. They said they stayed late for us in order to accommodate us....don't recall that at all. If so it was maybe 5 mins. We had been going here for years. Always paying the OVERPRICED fees in exchange for convenience. I work in a professional office and I would do ANYTHING for my patients INCLUDING stay late without adding a huge fee. ESPECIALLY in a very sad situation. They saw an opportunity to over charge!! Good care is available without high prices!!!
They definitely know what they are doing. One of the few times I don't feel like the specialist is making stuff up. Appointment was on time. Prices were reasonable. Staff is friendly (to both pets and toddlers)

Took my cat tiger in for an enflamed eye, they were very kind and answered all questions I had, they also gave me medicine that is working perfectly to help his eyes
