We rented a property from them for little over a year! On time with our rent never had a problem. Until my husband's job transferred him and we had to move.
Problem 2. Our deposit. Very very shady company. Kept our entire deposit then charged us another $2000 for cleaning that was never needed!
This company does not take good care of their rental properties.
PLEASE DON'T RENT FROM THEM! I was a tenant for over a year and a half. My deposit was $100 more than my rent ($480). I payed my rent on time and rarely had problems at my apartment. When I did, they took a long time to get back to me, and sometimes fixed the problem (had a broken window that they didn't fix the entire year and a half). I was threatened with fines for stuff that I didn't do (stuff in the basement even though I didn't have access to the basement). I moved out, having the carpet professionally cleaned and spending another 5 hours making sure the place looked impeccable. I got a deposit check of $23.17. They kept the rest for cleaning. When I called about it they began siting damages that weren't listed on the document they sent me. Very shady company. If you can steer clear of this company, please do so.

Problem 1. They came into our home before our lease was up and showed the property without us knowing. I would have been ok with this I understand but they left the house unlocked with my $2000 painting and our flat screen TV still in the house. They actually trespassed! Should have reported it!
