We ordered from here and got deep dish pizza and the dough was raw. We went back a week later and tried it again and it was exactly the same way in fact 2 out of the 4 of us got sick from the raw dough. Will never go back!!!
I am the manager of Rochelle Little Caesar's, and in the past year we have worked tremendously to bring the business back up to code. We make our dough and sauce fresh everyday. We all work together, very hard and dedicated. We have a very limited staff, and for some of them this is their first job. We're not perfect, we're people. We do the best we can do. It's not easy when we're only limited to 5 people on weekend nights, and balance hot and readys, phone orders and walk-in orders. It's not an easy job, it's very busy and hectic most of the time. Handling and making hundreds of dollars worth of food in short periods of time isn't easy. We are a franchise, not corporate. As for the TV ads, they are not for our location. The owner sets his own prices and menu. But we're still the cheapest, quickest and still voted #1 in Ogle county. Voted best value in America for 6 years running and myself along with the supervisor are both nationally certified food safety managers. May not be the best, but it's definitely not the worst. Not under this management.
I put a big order in about twice a month and every time I get great service and the best deals and the people are friendly at this location. Bravo
