Billing department is dumber than a box of rocks. They couldn't billed the insurance company correctly, when the information is staring them in face...
I was very disappointed with my visit in the ER. I went into urgent care with abdominal pain and was sent to ER for CT scan but when I arrived the "doctor" ignored me. He didn't give me the CT scan. He didn't even examine me, he told me he thought it was viral and sent me home. He did not care at all. It's unfortunate I was treated so horrible, thankfully another doctor treated me the next day with antibiotics. If I knew his name I would report him. I just pray he is the only doctor who treats patients that way.
