Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The crew we're so busy socializing, my hash browns got cold waiting for them to get me a packet of hot sauce. They gave me a bagel instead of a biscuit, another wait to get their attention as they all had their backs to the customer counter while talking to each other, then my husband got a coffee to go, the cashier had his change, but turned around to talk to her friends, again while he stood there with his hand out, she looked at him for a brief second to reach closer to putting the change in his hand and turned away to talk to her friend again. He finally got his change, but forgot his coffee, he asked for a cup and she forgot what he ordered. Not going to that McDonald's to get mistreated again!
Food is fine. People are nice. Service time is god awful. Day, night, doesn't seem to matter. You will wait and you will wait forever.
Food was standard McDonald's, but the crew was clueless. Definitely not working as a team, manager was getting visibly frustrated because no one was listening to her. When she asked a couple crew members what they were doing, the response was "I don't know what they're doing, I'm just doing my own thing"
Only giving two stars for the convenient and affordable. But Sorry, i have to change my review. I go here often because it's one of few places open after 11pm. They tried giving me a medium drink when I ordered large. Ripped me off 2 large fries on an order. Now I just sat in the drive threw for 5 minutes (it's only 2:15 pm btw) no service. They are already forgetting something; straws, sauce, napkins, fries, to serve there customers.
More flys inside than outside doesn't look like they have cleaned inside for a month. They advised chicken strips on 3 parts of there menu and on all there cups but when we ordered them they said they don't have then at this location... Keep up the work guys my two star rating is kinda high honestly
